The establishment and constant review of a Program or Project Delivery Model is critical to ensuring benefits are realised, risks are managed and all of the engagement financial controls are managed.

1. Governance and Delivery Set Up - we can come in and set up the governance and delivery model for you including roles, cadance, terms of reference and initial faciltiation. 
2. Governance and Delivery Model Reviews - if you have your Governance and Delivery Model established and want to assess if it aligns with best practice, we can run a review and provide recommendations and faciltiation support where required
3. Quarterly Reviews - this is a new innovation into the integrated planning process for Local Government. The intent of this process is to ensure stakeholders are accountable and delivering as planned and to ensure leaders within the Council can be responsive to internal and external conditional changes that need to be incorporaated into the delivery plan.
